Anxiety as gunmen kidnap Lagos LG worker, Shamsideen Omotayo

The Clerk of the House, Ikeja Local Government Area, Shamsideen Omotayo, has been abducted by gunmen in Imota, Ikorodu, Lagos State.

It was learnt that the kidnappers laid in ambush for the clerk on his way to the office on Wednesday morning.

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, confirmed the incident.

“Details of the abduction is still sketchy. I will get back to you,” he added. Punch
