Bandits kill village head in fresh Kaduna community attack

Some bandits have invaded the residence of the Village Head of Dongon Daji, Anja Mallam, in Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State, killing him on the spot.

The bandits, it was learnt, shot the village head at close range.

The state Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Mr Samuel Aruwan, in a statement on Sunday, said, “Security agencies have reported that armed bandits shot and killed one Anja Mallam, the village head of Dogon Daji, Sanga local government area.

“According to the report, the bandits raided the residence of the village head and shot him at close range, resulting in his instant death.
