Commendations as Delta Youths visit Prophet Jeremiah, get N3m cash gift, bus…As crusade records huge success + Photos

Warri, Delta State was recently agog when Uvwie Youths Association visited the general overseer of Christ Mercyland Ministries, Prophet Jeremiah, Omoto Fufeyin, in his expansive church premises.
And for coming to rejoice, celebrate and appreciate the anointing filled man of God doing great works of God in their once sleepy community, they were blessed with a whooping N3m cash gift, a promised bus and other religious gifts.
The youths who also came to show appreciation to the prophet for the new peace enjoyed by the community since his arrival in that locality were full of praises to the man of God who not only brought peace but also development and prosperity to their once backward domain.
Interestingly, the visit was the first to any man of God by the youths in the history of the community.
Speaking on behalf of the group, the president, Comrade Samson Agbonhire said: “We are grateful for what God has done in your life and still doing. We are also happy that the church is in our community and that people are trooping to this place from the world over. I must say that since you came here, there has been peace.
Continuing, the visibly elated youth leader maintained that the church has brought employment, businesses and development.
“We are very thankful and satisfied with your prayers and philanthropy. We came here to thank you and your ministry for all you have been doing and we pray for more blessings and growth of your ministry. For your growth is our growth too.”
In his response, large hearted and humble Prophet Jeremiah said: “May God bless all of you. I am very happy today. By the grace of God our meeting is not our making but God’s doing. I’m from Ojobo. My grandfather and father are from Ojobo. From lineage, you are all my children. I never knew that God will take me to this level. When I went to Germany, they opened a place for me but I told them that I operate from here, Effurun, then to the world. God has won many souls to his kingdom in this ministry. Hopeless people have been given hope. When I came here there were problems here and there but I thank God that peace has been restored. We are praying for the land and more development will come. Many foreigners are today coming to Effurun to receive their blessings. We should be meeting more often. I am available for any thanksgiving or any milestone or event from you. I am a son of the soil but I have never experienced such visit since I came here. May God bless everyone every time in Jesus name.”
The cleric also seized the opportunity to pray and preach the word of God to them saying that Jesus Christ died for mankind and his preaching is love.
He further urged everyone to embrace love just as Christ has commanded.
Amazingly, the highpoint of the visit was the presentation of cash totalling N3m to the youths, who were visibly joyous.
He also gave them bibles, anointing oil, water of life, water from pool of Bethesda alongside refreshment.
Like Oliver Twist, the youths requested for a bus which the man of God obliged and promised to present to them soon.
Interestingly, the Commissioner for Youth and Development, Delta State, Mr. Asupa Forteta who was among dignitaries present at the historic occasion had this to say,
“We are happy that the people, especially the youths of Uvwie community, came here to thank Prophet Fufeyin for the peace he restored, for his constant love and prayer. He has even made some promises that we know he would soon keep. The youths are the future leaders and he has been taking care of them. The atmosphere is so calm now, unlike before. Most importantly, he has brought massive development to this community and equally brought us global recognition.”
He added: “Before the coming of Prophet Jeremiah, there was no development here at all. He changed it all. Today, foreigners from all over the world, come here for visit, prayers and fellowship. Our community is now a religious pilgrimage site.
Some people around here used to be violent and this often stir fights and all that. But glory be to God, Fufeyin changed their minds and converted them. They have been arrested by God. His mission here is very welcomed. It really brought a turn around to the community.”
Forteta however advised other rich and influential men in the community to seek God and let Him direct them on how to enrich their communities spiritually and physically like Fufeyin.
“Let them carry their people along and also make peace with conflicting members of their community. God should be in control of all their doings. With this, there would be peace in the world at large. Churches can do it. They can restore peace to the world,” he said.
In a related development, a three day power packed programme tagged; ‘Jesus the Healer,’ recently took place in the church.
It recorded the highest number of sick people as well as healings of various ailments. The programme also featured the opening of the Pool of Bethesda, the usual miracle of pregnant women giving births and the gifts of N50,000, cash for each baby together with the presentation of baby items. This empowerment programme of the church has been well applauded from far and near.
