NDDC abandoned projects: Delta community cries out over dilapidated school where pupils sit on floor; broken down access road

INDIGENES of Ododegho community, Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State, have cried out over the abandonment of the construction work on the community’s access road by the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.
