Princess (Mrs.) Rosemary Osula-Atu has received numerous awards for her philanthropic works through Rosula Foundation and she isn’t resting just yet.

 

She is a constant reminder that we can all be good. This successful businesswoman stands out as a women who is giving meaning to benevolence.

 

Her story is replete with evidence of perseverance, courage, ingenuity, vision and achievement to realize humanity’s noblest and vital projects of human sustainability.

 

In the words of Desmond Tutu,”…do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.”

 

She has demonstrated this, through her life and work, and social change, that we can individually make our small and big differences.

 

Princess Osula-Atu is the Founder/Initiator of Rosula Foundation, a Non-governmental Organisation (NGO) that is has become the harbinger of hope.

 

Her social intervention has  received accolades both within and outside Nigeria, especially in local communities where life is almost unbearable.

 

The kind hearted Nigerian who has learnt to weather the harsh Nigerian business climate, has put several challenges behind her to lend support to the less previledged Nigerians.

 

Albert Einstein, the German scientist opined that, “it is every man’s obligation to put back into the world at least the equivalent of what he takes out of it.”

 

To this hard fighting woman, only God gives wealth and such is given for a good purpose – to serve humanity.

 

Consistent to her promise to use her God given wealth to alleviate human suffering, Rosula Foundation is unrelenting in providing aid, support and opportunities to the poor and less privileged Nigerians through humanitarian services.

 

At Rosula Foundation, Humanity is their race. Love is the only religion they know!

 

True to their promise, Rosula Foundation is constantly serving humanity.

 

Not too long ago, the foundation demonstrated their firm commitment by undertaking the reconstruction of some roads in Benin City.

 

Some of the roads includes are: 2nd Cemetery Road, Osarenotor, Aghahowa Street, and Ojo Street, Erhumwuse.

 

The decorated Philanthropist is a true friend of the poor, a rare gem, a vessel of honor and hardwork, a lady of substance, a harbinger of hope for humanity and most of all, a lover of mankind.

 

The residents of these areas are full of praises in appreciation of the reconstructed roads which were hitherto impassible.

 

“Philanthropy according to Timothy Pina, “…is not about money, it’s about feeling the pain of others and caring enough about their needs to help.”

 

In Princess Rosemary Osula-Atu, Njgeria found the fulfillment of Patrick J. Ryan’s exposition that, “…philanthropy lies at the heart of human greatness.”

 

In the face of challenges facing the various governments in our country, there is an urgent need for other well-meaning Nigerians to emulate her spirited effort and help in the development of their local community.
