Rumoured romance: Drake enjoys dinner date with rapper Stefflon Don

Superstar Drake has sparked rumours of a budding new romance with British rapper Stefflon Don after enjoying a date with her in Miami, Florida.

The God’s Plan hitmaker openly flirted with Stefflon, real name Stephanie Allen, via Instagram in early November (18), after the 26 year old and her friend Moira went live online to issue a joke plea to find love.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed Drake comment on the social media footage as he tried to hit on the rising Hurtin’ Me star, declaring he is “single and ready to mingle,” before explaining why he would make the perfect partner.

“I’m a confident guy,” he began. “I can hold my own in any room, you know. I’ve known you for a while, we bust enough jokes together.

“What else? What else? We can cook up chune (make music) together in stew (sic). I can organize all your heals (sic) and your fits (outfits) and your wigs for you… I’ll make sure they’re all color coordinated.”

Drake’s boast about his organisational skills had Stefflon giggling as she replied, “Oh my gosh, I think I’m in love right now.”

The Canadian hip-hop star went on to ask what he would “win” if he was chosen as her lucky suitor, to which Stefflon replied, “You get me. We have to go on a date.”

Now it appears the two artists have made that date happen as photos posted on The Shade Borough Instagram page show Drake and Stefflon looking cosy at a restaurant in Miami, where they were pictured enjoying some wine and Champagne.

The rumoured new couple has yet to comment on the status of its relationship, but Drake is no stranger to having his love life in the headlines – he previously dated Rihanna and was linked to tennis ace Serena Williams in 2015, while he is also said to have hooked up with Jennifer Lopez just a few months before she found love with Alex Rodriguez in early 2017.

Meanwhile, it was recently revealed the 32 year old had fathered a secret son, named Adonis, with former porn star Sophie Brussaux. The news, which Drake’s rap rival Pusha T made public, was confirmed by the Canadian on his latest album, Scorpion.musicnews
