All is now set for the 30th anniversary celebration of Bishop Isaac Idahosa’s God First Ministry Inc.

Amazingly, several activities have been lined up for the four-day epoch ceremony, which begins on Wednesday, September 18 and climaxes on Sunday, 22, at the expansive main auditorium of the Lekki Light Centre parish of the wave making church located on the busy Addo road, Ajah, Lagos state.

In a chat with DAYLIGHT.NG, Idahosa, the elated founder and presiding bishop of the church, which started in Minna, Niger state in 1989, revealed why they are rolling out the red carpets to celebrate what he described as 30 years of spreading the gospel and winning souls for God.

“Yes, we are rolling out the red carpets to celebrate 30 years of God’s blessing, protection and promotion because nothing lifts a soul and strengthens the spirit like celebration.

Celebration is a joyful occasion to mark a happy event and this is what is lacking in many lives and families. There are people who do not know what celebration smells like or the colour of it because it has always been lonely and gloomy for them. I promise you, all that is coming to an end as you join us to celebrate our 30 years as a church at God First Ministry Inc”, stated the amiable man of God.

The 30th anniversary celebration themed Living for Legacy kicks off on the 18th with a two day Open Heavens crusade featuring Apostle Johnson Suleman as special guest preacher/speaker, from 9am to 4pm.

Meanwhile, some of the special guests expected at the high octane religious event include: Apostle Alexander Bamgbola, chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria, Lagos state chapter, who is expected to chair the gathering as guest minister.

Also coming to grace the event as mother of the day is Mrs. Ibironke Bankole Sanwoolu, the mother of Lagos state governor alongside Papa Ayo Oritsejafor, ex national president of CAN.

Also expected is the duo of Bishops Olusola Ore and John Osa-Oni, state chairman, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Lagos state and president, Faith College of Bishops, respectively alongside other dignitaries.

Leading entertainers from Nollywood, music and comedy sectors are also coming to support the entertainment loving man of God and patron of the industry.

Idahosa’s God First Ministry Inc also known as Illumination Assembly, will also be giving out cash and other gift items to widows and the less privileged during the anniversary celebration, which is already serenading Christendom.

“We must keep celebrating, thanking God and helping the needy among us because every day is a plus for the children of God”, he added
