You deserve it – Akon congratulates Davido over his MTV EMA awards

 

Davido’s recent win at the EMAs is still eliciting positive responses – Akon was amongst the persons that congratulated him .

He said Davido deserved the award.

NAIJ had earlier reported that Davido had won two awards at the recently organised MTV European Music Awards (EMA). Davido went home with the Best African Act and Best Worldwide Act awards at the event. Reacting to his win, Davido appeared to throw shade at the organizers of AFRIMA saying the awards he won at their event two years ago ‘dey peel.’

His post on Instagram also drew a reaction from superstar African musician Akon who wrote that Davido deserves the award.
