Accolades as ESUT honours ex NBC boss, Emeka Mba + Photos

It was the gathering of who-is-who on Thursday, October 26, when the Faculty of Management Sciences of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), conferred an award on Mr. Emeka Mba, the immediate past DG of the NBC.
The well applauded recognition, according to the institution was for cerebral Mba’s remarkable and outstanding contributions to the Regulation and development of the Nigerian media sector.
The special award was presented to Mr. Mba, as part of activities marking the 32 years anniversary and homecoming of the university’s faculty of management sciences.
Interestingly, the high profile event was chaired by the President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief John Nwodo.
In a brief chat with DAYLIGHT.NG, elated Mba thanked the Faculty of Management Sciences of ESUT for honouring and celebrating him among other eminent Nigerians.
The articulate and soft-spoken administrator extraordinaire promised to continue with his good works to father land and humanity in general.
“I’m humbled and deeply grateful for this award of recognition from ESUT.
It gives you joy knowing that the larger society appreciates you and the great works you are doing.
I will keep doing my best for Nigeria and humanity in general with God on my side. Once again, thank you ESUT for his honour”, Mba stated.
Other alumni who received awards were Mr. Nnamdi Okonkwo, MD/CEO of Fidelity Bank Plc and others.c
