GP arrives the scene again

…Set to drop two tracks single

His stage name is Citizen GP. A gospel musician whose second album is set to hit the record stores in June this year—-2020. A  diplomat with a degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the University of Benin, Edo State. He is from Delta State. He released his debut album of eight tracks many years ago. GP strives to serve those starved of “Soul music”; music that prompt joy in you. Soul music has good lyrics and command  arresting melodies matched with infectious rhythms. This was what we discovered at the recent listening review of the forthcoming songs on the album whose two hit singles ‘Reset Your Mind’ an anti corruptiin song, and “Wonderful Love, an infectious praise worship song, have rolled out of the mill, ready to hit the airwaves.

GP is synonymous with good and meaningful music/lyrics. His pathernal ground mother was a singer.

According to him “I used to admire her when she sang in some ceremonies. However, the idea of being an artiste did not occur to me until I started listening to some American musicians. A great deal of them have gripping effect on me till this day.”
