Music star, JKL receives Life Time Achievement Award

International music star and philanthropist extraordinaire JKL famously known as Dr. Money was recently honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award alongside a certificate of honorary membership by the Youth Education and Leadership Initiative (YELI).

 

The honour according to the organisers was in recognition of his role as a change ambassador, promoting global peace; supporting human, spiritual, physical, social and educational development across the African continent.

 

In a chat with DAYLIGHT.NG, the elated entertainer and boss of 4Real Records, said he was humbled by the award;

 

“Thou I was absent due to my tight schedules but, I was humbled by the recognition as a great ambassador, meaning you can now address me as His Excellency, JKL,” he said.

 

Speaking further, the widely travelled dancehall veteran added thus:

“No words can truly express my gratitude to God Almighty who made everything possible, my sincere appreciation to those who have recognized me and awarded me with this great honour even when I was not present at the event.

 

I won’t end without saying a massive bless up to the President of “YELI” H.E. Amb. Dr. Amedu Monday Amedu, Ambassador Lumazio Azubuike and others.”
