Okey Bakassi plans big for 50th birthday

One of Nigeria’s authentic kings of comedy, Okechukwu MacAnthony Onyegbule famously known as Okey Bakassi, is seriously warming up for his exclusive 50th birthday bash.

Slated to hold in the next couple of weeks, somewhere in the heart of Lagos, YES INTERNATIONAL! Magazine reliably gathered that the evening promises to be ‘whaaooh’ and unforgettable.

Already, preparations are in top gear. The invitation cards have also started going out. Just like all those that would play key roles on that day are quietly being contacted, with their assignments allotted.

Okey Bakassi, like he’s widely known, trained as an agric engineer at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. The Mbaise, Imo State-born father of three, however, attained prominence and acclaim via acting and comedy.
