Just in: Veteran film-maker, Eddie Ugbomah is dead

Veteran filmmaker and former chairman of Nigerian Film Corporation (NFC) chief Eddie Ugbomah is dead.

DAYLIGHT.NG gathered this painful news from a Facebook post shared by entertainment journalist, Shaibu Hussein on his wall.

The message read: “We lost him. He could not wait for the surgery.

Chief Eddie Ugbomah had just passed on. He died exactly one hour ago.”

The Delta State-born chief had been ill for months and was on admission at an undisclosed hospital in Lagos, where he died today. Details later…
