Jake Paul says efforts to make a fight with Anthony Joshua happen in 2026 are “in the works”, with talks ongoing between both teams.

Paul spoke to Sky Sports ahead of his exhibition bout against Gervonta Davis on November 14.

The YouTube star-turned-boxer insists a bout with the two-time heavyweight champion is plausible despite the size difference and experience gap.

“100 per cent it can happen,” Paul told Sky Sports. “Our teams are already talking and in the works to try and make it happen for next year.”

Paul added that the challenge of facing Joshua excites him.

“It would be fun to take on Anthony Joshua after this fight,” he said.

“Take a massive risk and a massive challenge and to go into a fight where no one thinks that I would even have the slightest chance of winning, that excites me.” Punch
