Tears as Ifeanyi Ubah buries murdered aide

Ikechukwu Obum, one of the personal aides to the lawmaker representing Anambra South Senatorial District, Ifeanyi Ubah, has been buried.

The remains of Obum were buried in Mbaukwu, Awka South, Anambra State, on Saturday.

Obum was one of the five persons, including security orderlies, who were killed during an attack on the convoy of the lawmaker in September.

The convoy of Ubah was attacked by some yet-to-be-identified assailants in September and his aides and orderlies were killed in the incident.

Ubah was assisted at the burial by the senator representing Anambra Central District, Senator Uche Ekwunife, and some other top politicians in the state. Punch
