All is set for the formal launch of Abebi Reproductive Health Foundation (ARHF) – a women reproductive health NGO that seeks to support women who have been diagnosed of Ovarian Cyst or Fibroid.

According to the initiator, Ladi Taiwo, a UK based Journalist/Broadcaster, ‘’Grieve can lead you down the path of self-discovery if you let it or down a very dark unrecoverable path, also if you let it.

‘’I have resolved to keep my sister’s painful memory alive with the setting up of this foundation and to ensure that someone else’s sister who finds herself in the situation that my sister found herself last November, will not end up dead following a botched procedure in a so called private hospital.’’

ARHF is set up in memory of Oluwakemi Olabisi Abebi Taiwo-Omirin who passed on following a botched surgical procedure to get rid of an Ovarian Cyst. This foundation is set up to support women who may find themselves in similar situations, be it ovarian Cyst or Fibroid.

If you have been given a diagnosis and have been told your only option is a surgical procedure, make yourself available at the formal launch of the foundation to get knowledge and possible referral, the event is scheduled for Whitehouse Hotel Conference Centre, Toyin Street, Ikeja on May 22, 2019 @10am.
